Oludare Olorunfemi is a dynamic leader in data privacy and digital transformation, bringing over 15 years of global experience in financial services, product strategy, and technology governance. He is the Founder and CEO of Digital Business Konsult and Digital Careers Academy, where he trains and mentors professionals in Agile frameworks, data protection, and digital innovation.

A certified Data Protection Officer and member of the European Data Protection Forum, Oludare has worked extensively with organizations to align their digital transformation goals with compliance and regulatory frameworks like GDPR and NDPR. His expertise spans digital business strategy, Scrum coaching, cloud-based collaboration, and risk management.

Beyond his technical acumen, Oludare is a passionate educator and community advocate. He has trained hundreds of professionals across Europe and Africa on privacy compliance, Agile project management, and business analysis. He holds certifications in CIPP/E, CIPM, PRINCE2, and is a Professional SCRUM Trainer.

Oludare’s commitment to service is reflected in his decade-long volunteering efforts with COPE Community Catering and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, as well as his leadership in his local church’s IT and Media Unit.

He holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Lagos, a B.Sc. in Computer Services Management from GMIT Galway, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (ICT) from NUI Galway.
